Man Dies in Dirt Bike Accident in North Philadelphia
One man is dead following a dirt bike accident that occurred in North Philadelphia.
According to law enforcement, the dirt bike rider collided with a car in the 1400 block of W. Norris Street. The driver of the dirt bike was headed south on Broad Street approaching Norris on the sidewalk at the time of the crash.
The bike collided with a Jeep headed north on Broad and making a left turn onto Norris. The driver of the Jeep remained at the scene.
Police report the 30-year-old dirt bike driver was transported to Temple University Hospital where he was pronounced dead. No arrests have been made.
