Two Injured in Forklift Fall in Lancaster, P.A.
On Thursday, March 12, 2015, Emergency medical personnel in Lancaster County, P.A., were called to the Four Seasons Produce Inc., for reports of two people injured in a forklift accident. According to Lancaster County emergency dispatches, the responders were called at 9:35 a.m. to the Four Seasons produce, located at 400 Wabash Road in East Cocalico Township.
Two men were reported to have fallen about 15 feet from a scissor forklift, and suffering injuries in the fall. The extent of the injuries was not immediately known, however, one man was reported to have suffered a head injury, stated by dispatch.
No additional information on the men injured or the cause of the fall has been released at this time.
