Two Killed in New Castle Accident
Police have identified two people killed in a vehicle crash recently in New Castle County, Delaware.
The accident occurred just after 12 am at the intersection of Airport Road and Commons Boulevard. There were three people inside of the Jeep SUV. The driver was headed east on Airport Road when he lost control as he rounded a curve and ran off of the highway, rolled over, and landed in a ditch.
Police reported that the crash trapped the passengers inside of the vehicle.
Rhashem Revelle, 31, of Wilmington, and Tynisha Scott, 27, of bear, were killed in the crash. Both were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash. According to police, both victims suffered severe head injuries.
Andre Revelle, 26, of Wilmington, was in the backseat and was transported to Christiana Hospital in critical condition.
The crash is currently under investigation.
