Life Sentence for Fatal Car Crash

Shawn Welsh, a man from Marion, West Virginia, was sentenced to life recently by a Kentucky judge. The sentence came after the jury convicted Welsh of two count of murder and two counts of assault, after two teenagers died in a car chase. The jury recommended a life sentence.
