Solar Panel Company gets sued

A number of solar panel installers alleged that they were not paid their due for working overtime.

Corey Hanna, Josh Lunn, Johnny Smith, Stephen Lewis and others had to file a complaint against Solar Tight Installation on Dec 13 at the U.S District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  Jason Topisiri and Mark Whilhoite cited the Fair Labor Standards Act.

The plaintiffs alleged in their complaint that they worked more than 40 hours per week and they weren’t given any reimbursement for the overtime they did. Topsiri and Whilhoite at Solar Tight Installation were held responsible because they allegedly did not compensate the installers for the rate of time-and-one-half of their hourly wage.

The plaintiffs require to be compensated for all the benefits and pays along with the liquidated damages. They are to be represented by Heavens Law Firm attorneys Christopher J Heavens and John F. Rooney their law firm is located in Boothwyn, Pennsylvania with offices in West Virginia as well.
